After graduation from Western, I worked along side Dr. Chanter providing counseling services to the Next Move-Goodwill program. Clients attained education and services in many areas of wellness. Helping clients find the life worth living is a reward and a gift to my work.
Formerly, I led the Dual Diagnosis Outpatient Group therapy at Saint Joesph's Behavioral Health. I provided DBT group therapy at SJBH. Teaching emotion regulation, distress tolerance, Interpersonal effectiveness, and Mindfulness skills.
DBT therapy is one of the leading treatments for all areas of life. DBT has transformed many lives thanks to creator Marsha Linehan.

When I'm not at work, I really love to walk my husky Cove. I enjoy kayaking and exploring our local Northern Ca. Forests. Lake Natomas is my other home, enjoying the elements and nature is my thing.
