About Linda

Hello, I am a therapist who is committed to hearing your story. Your story matters. I am here to support you and guide you to a place of acceptance, growth, and healing. I recognize that each individual is unique in their own special way and comes from many different walks of life, and I adjust to your needs.

Through my professional journey I have approached therapy helping individuals heal their inner child, in which that younger self may have faced difficult situations, hardships, and trauma that have hindered them from reaching their best possible self as they grow in life as an adult. I also have a deep passion for supporting new and expecting mothers through the postpartum period — a time that can bring unexpected emotional challenges alongside the joy of new life. I recently completed my Perinatal Mental Health Certification and Brainspotting Phase 2 with a specialized focus on perinatal care, deepening my ability to support mothers and families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey.

Clinically, I focus on Trauma Informed Based Therapy, including inner child work, pulling from other modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). You are important, you are not broken, and you do deserve to be proud of yourself.
